| 8:30 am – noon | Registration & Inspection |
| 10 am – 5pm | Practice Rounds |
| 10:00 am | Safety Captain’s Meeting – upper concourse of arena near main entrance |
| 12:00 – 1pm | Lunch – teams who ordered box lunches will pick them up in the pits |
| 2:00 pm | Drivers’ meeting with head Ref and Brogan – arena floor |
| 2:00 pm | Student Tour Guide Meeting – VIP Georgia Pacific Room |
| 4:00 pm | Lead Mentor meeting with Deb Mumm-Hill – near Machine Shop |
| 8:00 pm | Pits and Machine Shop close |

| 9:30 – 6:00ish | Seeding Matches |
| 1:00 pm | Autodesk Animation Award Ceremony followed by seeding matches |
| 2:00 pm | Autodesk High School Summer Internship Opportunities – Autodesk Lounge |
| ~6:00 pm | Everyone to Arena for Awards Ceremony |
| 6:30 – 8:30 pm | Team social (following closing ceremonies) |
